Apple already had an event last month, where the company introduced new Apple Watch and iPad products. But because of the coronavirus, the company’s usual iPhone launch timeline has been delayed. Cupertino usually launches new iPhones in September, but the company was forced to delay the launch due to issues caused by COVID-19.

And if you have been waiting for the new iPhones, we finally have a date for the next iPhone event: October 13. Apple today sent out invites for its next event, where the company is expected to launch the new iPhone 12.

The event invite, titled “Hi, Speed” hints at the 5G connectivity that we are expecting to see on the next set of iPhone devices. Apple is actually launching a bunch of different iPhone 12 devices this month. In fact, the company is expected to release four different models of the device: a 5.4-inch model, a low-end 6.1-inch model, a high-end 6.1-inch model, and finally, a 6.7-inch model.

It’s possible Apple will launch a couple of other products along with the new iPhone lineup. Rumours are hinting at new over-ear AirPods headphones, Apple’s own tracking tags called AirTags and a smaller HomePod. And maybe, just maybe, we will get to hear more about Apple’s ARM-based Mac devices.
