According to a reliable report, Apple will begin reopening its Apple Park corporate campus on Monday, June 15. That said, most employees won’t be returning to work for several months.

The June 15 reopening is described by Bloomberg as “Phase 1” of a multi-phase process, and it will be quite limited, with employees who do return then only allowed in during certain days. Apple will also limit how many employees can gather together in common spaces and other work areas, and will monitor them with daily health checks.

The publication notes that Apple is moving to reopen more quickly than many other Silicon Valley tech giants in part because its business relies on employees collaborating in secure areas together. Apparently, a small staff continued working at Apple Park throughout the entire pandemic.

Google, meanwhile, won’t begin reopening until early July, and Facebook recently said that it expects 50 percent of its workforce to never return to an office.
