Throwback pick of the week: We miss you, Steve!
Not THAT Steve. The real and one and only. We just were wondering last week why we hadn’t heard from him. You’re welcome. (Thanks, Brian Hall)
Beer pick of the week: Other Half Anchovy Testarossa
There’s a new very weirdly named hop making its way into more and more beers, especially IPAs. The Anchovy Hop tastes NOTHING like anchovies. Some say watermelon. I feel like it’s a bit more savory than that, myself. But it’s almost a tiny bit smoky and a very nice switch up from the usual citrusy/melony types hops in IPAs. Other Half’s latest entry into this space is called Anchovy Testarossa.
