Samsung is making a huge return in India later this month. The company has been selling its phones for a long time in the country, though competition from companies like Xiaomi, OnePlus, and other local phone makers has led to the company’s business struggling in the country.

It’s now getting ready to launch a new Galaxy M series of headphones, aimed to earn back the love it had years ago. The company’s new Galaxy M lineup comes with the M10, M20, and M30. The main specs of the devices are unknown, though they will feature a modern design with Samsung’s Infinity-V teardrop display, large batteries, and 3X fast charging. The devices will also feature an Ultra Wide Camera, a “powerful processor”, a Type-C port, and a headphone jack.

According to IndiaToday, Samsung will first launch the M10 and M20, followed by the M30 at a later date which comes with a huge 5,000 mAh battery and a triple camera system.

The new Galaxy M series is aimed at India’s young customers, counter Chinese rivals like Xiaomi. The devices are going to cost around $140-$280, with an official launch expected on the 28th of January. They will likely be available online exclusively from Amazon India, and from local stores.

Galaxy M handsets do seem like a pretty good attempt from Samsung at winning back the market from the likes of Xiaomi, though we shall wait for the official launch before making a final judgement.
