Microsoft Adds ARM64 Support to Its Mouse and Keyboard Center App

Posted January 18, 2020 | AMD64 | ARM | Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center | Windows | Windows 10

Microsoft quietly released a major new update to the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center app. And with the latest update, Microsoft is adding support for ARM64 devices (via Neowin).

That means if you have a device with an ARM processor, you will now be able to use the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center app. That includes Microsoft’s new Surface Pro X, of course.

For those unfamiliar, Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center app lets users configure a range of Microsoft peripherals. It’s a pretty handy tool that allows you to configure Microsoft keyboard and mice.

With the new update, Microsoft is also adding support for a couple of new devices, including:

  • Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard
  • Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse
  • Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboard
  • Microsoft Ergonomic Mouse

You can get the new ARM64 version of the installer from the official site here to be able to install the app on your ARM device.
