Google today announced the general availability of Chrome OS 84, which adds a new Explore app, Overview mode improvements, and more.

Here’s a complete list of the new features, according to Google.

Explore app. Explore is replacing the Get Help app and offers an offline-available help center and more.

Take photos with the volume buttons. When a convertible Chromebook is in tablet mode, you can now press the up or down volume button to snap a photo or start or stop video recording.

Saved videos improvements. Videos captured in the Chrome OS Camera app now save in MP4 format so they can be more easily shared and used in other apps.

Overview mode improvements. You can now drag a window to the left or right edge to quickly set up split screen in Overview mode. Those with multiple displays can also drag windows between displays while in Overview mode.

Linux (Beta) improvements. You can now control microphone access in Settings for Linux (Beta). By default, the setting will be toggled off.

Virtual keyboard improvements. You can now resize a floating virtual keyboard by dragging from each corner.
