Google released Chrome 77 almost ten days ago, but today they’re discussing features coming over the next several weeks.

“There are a million and one reasons you open your browser every day, and keeping track of tabs shouldn’t distract you from your goals,” Google’s Margret Schmidt writes. “With tab improvements and more options to customize Chrome, you’ll be equipped to take on the day.”

Here’s what’s coming soon to Chrome.

New tab management features. In Chrome for Android, you’ll soon see a new grid layout for tabs that features page thumbnails. (It’s already available on iOS.) Once available, you’ll also have a new way to group tabs so that you can better manage them: Just drag one tab to another in the grid layout.

Tab previews. Mimicking Microsoft Edge, Chrome will add tab previews when you mouse over each tab. Today, it’s just text, but page thumbnails will be available soon too.

Send a tab to another device. A new “Send to your devices” icon in Share will let you send a tab to Chrome on your other PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, and phones.

Quick answers. Also mimicking Microsoft Edge, Chrome on desktop will give you quick answers to questions in a drop-down as you type in the omnibar. This works with “sporting events, the local weather, or translations of a foreign word,” and presumably other queries.

New color customization tool. To help Chrome better fit into your environment, you can use the new color customization tool to change the color of your entire browser to the shade that you prefer. It’s available from Chrome’s New Tab page.
